Guided 1-hour online event designed to break free and re-connect with joy

Laughter heals. Laughter connects. Laughter grows.

It’s in our nature to laugh. We know this by watching how often babies and children laugh. Too often, however, as we step into the responsibilities that come with maturity, we leave our inner children behind. How often do we hear from our elders who, when reflecting upon their lives, wistfully share, “I wish I would have taken more time to laugh and play?” I say, “let’s do right by our inner child and inner elder and get to the fun stuff now!”

When we make time to laugh, we honor that part that’s often hidden deep within us, that innermost self that is free and joyful. We let that innocent, unburdened inner child come out and play. In the process, we shake out tension, free ourselves from constraints, and generate new energy.

We access that part of ourselves that is Free from fear, a place without inhibitions, and is instead Confidence.

Laughter Wellness helps you do just this! A mashup of guided skits, affirmations, yogic breathing, and the occasional gentle stretch, a Laughter for Confidence session will help you feel happier and more optimistic
